These terms govern access to and use of lapsor.com, owned by Lapsor Cybersecurity S.L.. Reaching the site and browsing it means accepting them as they stand.
What these terms cover
This document governs the relationship between Lapsor and anyone reaching the website. It does not govern audit engagements, which are covered by the contract and scope statement signed in each case.
The privacy policy, the cookies policy and the legal notice form part of these terms.
Using the site
Anyone using the site is responsible for doing so lawfully and in line with these terms. In particular, they agree not to interfere with how it runs, not to try to reach areas or data not meant for the public, and not to use its content for unlawful purposes.
Security testing against lapsor.com is permitted only within the scope of the vulnerability disclosure policy.
Requests sent through the form
The request form is meant for professional enquiries. By submitting it, the sender confirms that the details given are accurate and that they are authorised to use the email address provided.
Sending a request creates no contractual relationship in itself: it opens a conversation that may or may not lead to a written proposal.
Published content
The content of the site, including the technical write-ups in the findings section, is informational and is not professional advice for a specific case. Any decision based on it rests with whoever takes it.

Availability of the site
Lapsor keeps the site running and fixes the faults it finds as promptly as it can, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free access. Service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or for reasons outside its control.
Limitation of liability
Lapsor is not answerable for indirect loss arising from use of the site, except where the law imposes liability or where there is wilful misconduct or gross negligence on its part.
Artificial intelligence systems
Where artificial intelligence systems are used in delivering the services, they are used in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and their impact on the rights of the people affected is assessed beforehand. No output from those systems replaces human review in the deliverables of an audit.
Severability
If any of these clauses is void or unenforceable, it is treated as not written and the rest remains valid.
Changes
Lapsor may change the site and these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute over their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer legislation assigns jurisdiction elsewhere.
