Accepting these terms

Browsing lapsor.com makes you a user of the site and means accepting this notice as published at the time of your visit. If you disagree with any part of it, please do not use the site.

Personal data is handled under the privacy policy, and cookies under the cookies policy.

How the site may be used

The site exists to describe Lapsor’s services. Anyone using it agrees to do so lawfully and not to:

  • Use its content for purposes contrary to law or public order.

  • Reproduce, distribute or adapt the content beyond the uses that intellectual property law allows.

  • Alter or remove the authorship and ownership notices attached to the content.

  • Introduce software, data or devices capable of damaging the site’s systems or those of third parties.

The technical write-ups we publish

The findings section collects analyses of vulnerabilities that have already been fixed, published anonymised and with no detail that could identify the organisation involved.

They are published to share knowledge. Reading them does not authorise anyone to reproduce the techniques described against systems they do not have express written permission to test, and Lapsor is not answerable for what a third party does with that information.

Intellectual and industrial property

The text, images, graphics, icons, source code, design and other elements of the site belong to Lapsor Cybersecurity S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use. Browsing the site transfers none of the exploitation rights over them.

Trade marks, trade names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners; their presence implies no relationship or sponsorship.

How far Lapsor is answerable

Lapsor takes care over what it publishes, but is not answerable for loss arising from:

  • Occasional errors or omissions in the content.

  • Service interruptions, faults or network failures outside its control.

  • Any use of the site made outside these terms.

  • The content of third-party sites linked from here, which is managed by whoever publishes them.

None of the above limits liability that the law imposes in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Security flaws in this site

Anyone who finds a vulnerability in lapsor.com can report it through the vulnerability disclosure policy, which sets out the permitted scope and the reporting channel.

Changes to this notice

Lapsor may change the site and this notice when regulatory or operational changes call for it. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to the site, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer legislation assigns jurisdiction elsewhere.
